High hygiene and quality standards
High hygiene and quality standards are maintained throughout the production process, right from seed procurements till the delivery of final products to our customers. |

Seed Purchase:
Guar seed, the raw material for the production of guar gum, guar splits and guar meal is purchased from growers and also grain merchants. Only high quality seed, duly approved by our quality control laboratory, is used for production.
Storage:
The purchased seed, after the cleaning and removing of impurities, is stored in our silos away from dirt and rodents. It is fed straight from silos into the production system.
Processing:
In the first processing step, splits are produced and purified further as required. Hence, the three grades of splits: SPS (Single Purified Split), DPS (Double Purified Split) and TPS (Triple Purified Splits).
The splits are subsequently converted into Finished Gum for food and other industrial usage.
Magnets:
Powerful magnets have been installed at various stages of production process to ensure that the final finished product is totally free from any metal particle before it is packed for local sales and exports.
Packing:
The finished Gum is packed in 25 kg Kraft paper bags with a ploy liner inside. This packing protects the gum from moisture damage and helps keep it dry.
Loading:
The finished products in bags are loaded onto trucks for delivery to customers. |
